A site that works, and keeps working.

Most firms don't need another marketing tool. They need a site that says clearly what they do and shows up when someone goes looking. I design it, build it, host it and keep it current on one plan, and I rebuild it on schedule so it never drifts out of date.

What you’re actually paying for

A $500 website and a $5,000 one can look nearly identical in a screenshot. The difference is everything a screenshot can’t show.

The thinking comes first. Most of the real work happens before anything looks like a website. Who your customers actually are and what they need to see before they’ll call. Where your competition is falling short. Design starts after that thinking is done, not before.

The invisible layer. Speed on a phone with two bars, not just office Wi-Fi. Accessibility. The underlying structure that search engines and AI assistants read when they decide whether to send people your way. None of it shows up in a screenshot, and all of it decides whether the site works.

Layout with a job to do. Where the eye lands first, which question gets answered next, where the button sits and why. Every placement is a decision, because the site’s job is bringing you customers, not winning design awards.

A real process. Sometimes I’ll push back on a request. Not to be difficult. I’ve been building sites since 1995, and the evidence usually has an opinion about what your visitors will actually do.

Someone on the hook. A bargain site has no downside for whoever built it. They got paid and moved on, and whatever breaks after that is your problem. When I build your site, my name and my reputation ride on whether it does its job. And I’m right here in New Hampshire, not on the other side of a marketplace ticket queue.

If you’re comparing quotes against a $500 template build, I’m probably not the right fit, and that’s fine. If you want a site that earns its keep, let’s talk.

You see it first.

Before you say yes

A plain proposal.

Before any work begins, you get a plain proposal: what I will build, how long it will take, and what it costs. One number, no creeping invoices, no jargon. You know exactly what you are getting before you say yes.

Before it goes live

A preview link, every time.

Bigger changes get a quote first, and nothing goes live before you’ve seen it on a preview link.

The new front door

Built to be found by AI.

Search is changing. People ask AI for a recommendation before they ever open Google. Whether you show up in that answer depends a lot on how your site is built. Bloated, plugin-heavy sites give those tools slow, messy pages to read. A lean, modern site, clean code and clear structure, is exactly what they favor. If you are on an older WordPress or page-builder site, moving to a modern build is one of the highest-leverage things you can do to get found. I am glad to keep your WordPress site running, and just as glad to talk about whether it is time to move on.

Questions, answered straight.

No runaround. Here is what people ask most.

How much does a website cost?
Most sites sit on one of three plans: Site at $3,000 a year, Site + Content at $5,400, or Site + System at $9,000, or 10% more paid monthly on a twelve-month plan. Each one includes the build, the hosting, the care and the next redesign. Work that doesn’t fit a plan is quoted, from $5,000. Every plan, side by side: see the plans.
How long does it take?
Most sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly we get your content and photos together. I’ll give you a real timeline before we start.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. I’m based on the NH Seacoast and meet clients in person around the North Shore and Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts and Southern Maine. Everywhere else I work remotely, and most projects run that way start to finish.
