The corner of a living room in late afternoon, a comfortable armchair beside a small table with a mug on it, low sun from a window on the right.

Therapy that fits into a real week.

Tuckerman Behavioral Health is a telehealth practice for adults and couples in New Hampshire. Sessions happen by video, from wherever you already are.

Our fees are on the site. So is the wait time. You should not have to call a stranger to find out whether you can afford to talk to them.

Most people arrive with something that has been going on for a while.

Sleep, work, a relationship, the ability to sit still.

A small wooden table by a window in grey morning light, an open laptop seen from behind, a notebook and a glass of water beside it.

Fifteen minutes on a video call, before you commit to anything.

You describe what is going on. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, and if we are not, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

A corner of a room at night lit by a single table lamp, a pool of warm light on a wooden surface, the edge of a bookshelf in shadow.

The other is not knowing what happens. Both of those are our problem to fix.
